I brought my jeep cherokee here after I had sub par services from Firestone in Fredericksburg. I have purchased several sets of tires from them from 2017-2021 and when they worked on my jeep, the work was top notch. Wire looms, tie wraps, new and correct bolts it was more like a restoration shop than a general mechanic, I do most of my own work now because of my experience with firestone but if I don’t have the time I come here! I will be getting my Prius inspected today and I will review as well since it has been awhile since I’ve used them! I would not hesitate and if there is a problem talk to Jeff.

Tires Unlimited has been our "go to" mechanic shop for years. I can honestly say we have never had an issue with them, which is why they continue to get our business. Jeff is very helpful and knowledgeable. You can tell he genuinely appreciates his customers. Our vehicles are always diagnosed and repaired correctly the first time. Reading some of the other reviews.....I think people need to be a little more patient and get rid of the unreasonable expectations. We're grateful for Tires Unlimited and we highly recommend them.
